Terms of sale and licence
1. What you buy
You buy a time-limited, non-transferable licence to use the Dexter Byte Expert Advisor ("the software") on one live MetaTrader 5 account number for the period you paid for (1, 3 or 12 months). Demo accounts may use the software free of charge.
2. Payment
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Each payment is a one-off purchase; nothing is charged automatically. The licence activates once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Underpayments are not activated automatically; contact support.
3. No refunds after activation
You can test the software on a demo account before buying. By completing a purchase you ask us to deliver the licence immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the licence is active. Payments are therefore non-refundable after activation.
4. Use
You may not copy, decompile, resell, share or modify the software, or attempt to bypass the licence check. We may disable a licence that is shared or misused.
5. No financial advice
The software executes fixed rules. It is not financial advice, not a managed account and not a signal service. You decide whether, how and with how much money to use it, and you are solely responsible for your trading results.
6. Liability
The software is provided as is. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, broker or platform outages, internet or VPS failures, or losses caused by changes in market conditions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current licence period, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
7. Changes and availability
We may release updates that change the software. We aim to keep the licence server available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If the server cannot be reached, the software continues for up to 24 hours.
